I’ve been renting a privately owned home managed by this RE/MAX office for over three years, and they’ve been one of the most professional property management companies I’ve ever worked with. They truly balance the needs of both the homeowner and the tenant. The renter experience has been excellent, from the easy to use online portal to the quick response and resolution of maintenance issues (even same-day AC repairs when possible!). Robin is absolutely wonderful, and I actually look forward to my annual inspections. Having lived in the Melbourne area my whole life, I can confidently say I highly recommend this company for all your real estate needs

Sue Tillman is absolutely phenomenal! We couldn't have wished for a more friendly, honest and professional agent to sell our house. From the moment she contacted us to the closing, she patiently addressed every question and concern we had. She arranged all aspects of listing the house, showing the house and preparing the house for sale; up and though closing. We cannot be more emphatic about her professionalism and kindness. If you need someone to sell your home, you will not regret hiring Sue to handle the process. Five stars is not enough to rate our experience with Sue.

The rent money is collected from the renter on the 1st of the month. But the owner( myself) gets the money only on the 9th or 10th of the month. Why there is so much delay in getting the rent. with 3 days for the check to clear, I should be getting the money on the 5th or 6th...

Do not rent from them. I rented a house and was charged for flea extermination when I didn’t even have any pets. Also the house was not cleaned and blinds were broken and taped back together and was also charged for those totaling almost 500.00. Mind you when the hurricane broke the fence and I paid to have it fixed so it would be done immediately and did not even ask for reimbursement. They will rip you off and nickel and dime your deposit when you have left the place in immaculate condition. Then when I let her know I have photos and need to dispute the charges I get no response. Horrible DO NOT RENT FROM THEM
